Yes! Every product at Tahaaif Ghar is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Since each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur, making every item unique.

Can I customize or personalize my order?

Absolutely! We offer customization on selected products. If you'd like to personalize a gift with names, colors, or special requests, please contact us before placing your order to discuss the available options.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Pakistan generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Customized orders may require additional preparation time.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
