Thank you for shopping with Tahaaif Ghar. We take pride in creating high-quality handmade products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns under certain circumstances.
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos of the item must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent.
If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect or defective item), Tahaaif Ghar will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
